One number per manager, earned game by game across 1198 matchups. Everyone starts at 1500; beating a strong manager is worth more than beating a weak one, and the rating moves every week the season is running.

Everyone starts at 1500, so a new manager sits in the middle until they have played enough to move. Read the rating next to the games column, not on its own.
How it works
Every game is a bet
Before each matchup the two ratings imply a favourite. Beating someone rated well above you moves your rating a long way; beating someone well below you barely moves it at all. Whatever one manager gains, the other loses.
Margin counts, with limits
A blowout is worth more than a one-point escape, but with diminishing returns — a win by four times the usual margin counts under twice as much, so one freak week can’t define a manager. The scale is this league’s own median margin (20.0 points), so it means the same thing in every era.
Each year starts closer to even
Everyone redrafts, so a title three years ago says less about today than last week does. Each offseason every rating moves a third of the way back toward 1500 — enough that a good run still counts, not so much that it counts forever.
Which games count
The regular season and the championship bracket. Consolation games are left out: those are the weeks people stop setting lineups, and counting them would measure attendance as much as skill. 168 matchups are excluded on that basis.
Recomputed from scratch on every build, so the rating can never drift out of step with the games behind it. Unlike the rest of League History, this one includes the season in progress — it is meant to answer who is best right now.
